Another update today in a desperate attempt to catch up with the backlog.
I am still having problems with joint pain so once again the canal makes an ideal walk. The route was picked so that if I had any problems I could pack it in and leave Edith to return to the car and then pick me up.
The walk centres around Hest Bank and starts of along the Lancaster Canal before heading down to the promenade at the east end of Morecambe.
