After the "mini" drama of our last walk I had spent a day at home just resting with no reoccurence of the dizzy spells.
However Edith was reluctant to do anything that may have brought it back on so on a glorious day more like summer than early spring we made our way to Hest Bank the start point of of the Morecambe Cross-Bay walk for this short walk.
