Just had a great couple of days camping in the Ogwen Valley http://www.gwerngofisaf.co.uk/ Fantastic weather despite the awful forecast ealier in the week. No frost at night, no high winds, no rain, high clouds sunny intervals, pleasent walking conditions. I went up Pen yr Helgi Du and Carnedd Llwelyn on the Saturday and also Moel Siabod & a walk around llyn idwal on the Sunday. Fantastic. A trip report on my blog IS HERE I have not had time to do Moel Siabod as yet but will do later this week. It was certainly a geat couple of days in really pleasent weather. I saw the MTR helicopter hovering above Tryfan while going around Llyn Idwal on the Sunday about 4pmish and also again about 9.30pm. I belive that two people were taken to hospital after having a fall in two seperate incidents. hope all is well and there on the road to recovery.
