(was originally planned as a group walk with www.walkingforum.co.uk, but the weather caused it to be cancelled. But i went anyway and completed an abbreviated version)
Started at the White Horse pub, out to the Alpaca farm, the church, the petrified forest and then on to the estuary. Due to the weather and deep snow i didn't make it as far as the Viking battle site. Perhaps something to save for the next attempt by the Essex massive... Successfully made it back to the White Horse where a pint of Farmers IPA was waiting for me (and a warm car boot for Chino).
