Welsh 3000s

This last two weekends I've used the Welsh 3000s as training for an ultra run in a few weeks. Yesterday, Tim, who some of you know off here, came along for the day.

I think the last two times Tim's been for a walk was with me - in 2011 - on gentle terrain. Sorry, I must try harder

Mate - took a 12ltr Omm. Comfiest sack I've ever worn! First day out with it and I'm never looking backwards. Jesus had apostles... I have my new sack.
