We didn't have much time to play with today as I had a hospital appointment shortly after noon so we were away straight after breakfast for Kirkby Lonsdale which although being in Cumbria falls within the boundary of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. We had read in the "Westmorland Gazette" that the path from the Devil's Bridge to Kirkby Lonsdale alongside the River Lune had been renovated and were interested to see it.
