Borrowdale

Hi Folks,

 Heading up to stay at Borrowdale YHA in a couple of weeks and after some suggestions if poss? I'll have 3 complete days and would like to do single days returning each day to the hostel. Any Ideas? 

Spoilt for choice from Borrowdale.Glaramara,Great Gable,Eagle Crag and  Dalehead can all be walked but loads of other walks can be done from there too.

How about Glaramara - Allen Crags - Angle Tarn - Rossett Pike (for the view down Langdale) - Stake Pass and down to Langstrath.

Seathwaite - Ruddy Gill - Esk Hause - Great End - Scafell Pike - corridor route to Styhead and Seathwaite.

Seathwaite - Sour Milk Gill - Green Gable - Great Gable - Styhead - Sprinkling Tarn - Ruddy Gill down to Seathwaite.

As OB says plenty choice - Dalehead High Spy etc to Catbells and down to Keswick and pick up bus back down Borrowdale.

Depends on how much you want to do each day - remember it will be getting dark form about 4.30 pm so take a torch!
