Cairngorms conditions

Hi,

Anyone got any recent views on fords in the Cairngorms? I'm doing a bikepacking loop Blair Atholl -> Glenmore -> Tomintoul -> Braemar -> Blair Atholl next week and am a little concerned about water levels given the lovely summer tbat we're having.
