Hope your son is feeling better - concussion is no fun particularly for those watching out list in hand.

Many thanks, it did seem to clear after a week but then he had a relapse and although physically OK finds it difficult to concentrate or sleep.

Still restricted to staying local we decided to have a walk around Sunderland Point from Carr Lane at Middleton. A walk we have done 100's of times but find something different every time.
Pictures from the walk are now available to view in the gallery section of the webpage on the link below for those wishing to do so.

Dave

In retrospect not one of my best days. I was still having difficulty with my breathing but as the forecast was for a bright warm day I didn't want to miss it. I had settled on a walk that would take me through 3 nature reserves with very little ascent and being by myself set off quite early for Leighton Moss. However things didn't go quite as planned....
Pictures from the walk are now available to view in the Gallery Section of the website for those wishing to do so.

Dave

PS..After an hospital visit yesterday to see the Chest Specialist he confirmed what I already knew, my Lung Fibrosis is getting worse and as there is no cure for this condition I will probably end up on Oxygen at home. I will therefore be doing no further updates to the website once the current backlog of 8 walks is completed. I have decided to cut down all updates on various forums and this therefore will be my last. I wish all members all the very best and lots of good walking.
Best Wishes,
Dave
