11th November 2009Lake District On an absolutely gorgeous day I managed my longest distance for over a year when we did the circuit of Derwent Water from the NT car park at Great Wood. The original intention been to catch the Keswick Launch from Nichol End to Keswick but on a day when the views were at there best we decided to complete the walk.Pictures from the walk, of which there are many, are now available to view and are located in the “Last Walk” section of the website.Regards,
