Most of the countries where I wild-camp, it's actually illegal, but let's face it, that's also true for Merry England! Anyway, I tend to pitch close to sunset, miles from anywhere, in places where my tent will be fairly inconspicuous. Hence the picture... with my tent surrounded by poisonous scrub, somewhere on the slopes of a mountain called Altavista...

Not particularly adventurous, but an excellent spot on Low Ling Crag sticking out into Crummock water.  Unfortunately, cloud covered most of the view.
