Glencoe has a Spar if you are self catering - for bigger shops, its either Morrisons in Fortwilliam or Tesco in Oban. They do deliveries, but I think you have to pay extra (just dredged that up from a conversation with a friend who lives in Glencoe)
If looking for somewhere to eat out - follow your nose to Fortwilliam via Kinlochleven.
