Many years ago I remember visiting Braithwaite (in t'lakes) and swimming in what looked like a dammed up river. As my son is visiting the area with his daughter I'd like to tell them where it is, but looking on Google Maps, OS on line, I can't find it.
Can anyone give me directions?
