The Tiempo does everything it says on the tin. It's great for low-level walking (high street) and looks the biz. As for the claim that it becomes stormproof when worn with the Fuera windproof over the top, I don't know. (Can get wild on Donny high street though tha knows, Horace!) One big plus is the lining which has a 'rubbery' feel to it but makes the fleece very windproof without making it feel heavy. Perhaps I'm being unkind with my jibe about low-level walking because I wore this in a mountain village in Austria one January day and night on top of other Paramo gear and it worked a treat. As for the price..mmm!
