Number Four: Montane Panther
There's only one thing you can say about Montane's Panther fleece jacket for gurlz only and that's yum. Or, apparently, as one Montane customer said, 'the only fleece a woman needs'.
Put together by Montane design supremo Julie Greengrass after she first saw Polartec's super furry Windpro fleece, her masterstroke was to put the furry bit on the inside where it sits against the skin and traps warm air while the smooth wind-resistant outer face does its job and keeps the wind at bay.
Add in a slinky, tapered, women's-specific cut and you have arguably the most desirable women's fleece ever. Who wouldn't want this bundle of furry loveliness in their stocking on Christmas morning? Only one problem, it's for gurlz only... Come on Montane, let's have one for the fellas as well :-)
