We've had a few juicy-looking competitions on the site recently, so we thought we'd let you know who won the kit ... and what's in the next prize draw for OUTDOORSmagic members.

The biggest prize up for grabs recently was a mighty £530 worth of Vango camping gear. Vango were voted 'Best Tent Brand' in this year's OUTDOORSmagic Reader Awards, so they're obviously fairly popular when it comes to a night under canvas. In fact, more of you entered the competition than any other this year. The suspense is now over though, and OUTDOORSmagic members Wendy Barbe, from Milton Keynes, and Mark Horrell, from London, are the ones with big smiles on their faces. One wins a classic style Vango MK4 Standard produced ridge tent and the other will be off camping with its modern equivalent, the Hurricane 200, shown below. Well done Mark and Wendy.

The Rab 80l Expedition kit bag, above right, went to Chris Lewis from Lincolnshire and the Tunnel 200 Stormlite tent, awarded for the best travel story prize, went to Marian Radu, from Romania. You can find the story she sent us about trekking in the Parang Mountains here. It's not the first destination that springs to mind for UK hikers, but the photos prove that's not because of any lack in the region's natural beauty. We hear Marian's been off up Mont Blanc recently, but hopefully she'll be safely back in Romania with her prize shortly.

Moving on to what's up for grabs at the moment on OUTDOORSmagic, it's time to get submitting your photos to the gallery as whoever uploads the best photo each month will be walking off with five new pairs of best-selling Bridgedale Trekker socks. The winning photo will be the one with the most ratings, so you can check how your images are doing, and rate the others that catch your eye. Take a peep at the latest gallery round-up article for inspiration.

And as it's summer and there may be days when you won't be wanting any socks at all, we've also got five pairs of Teva's best-selling Terra Fi sandals to be won. The model's been updated for 2006 and each pair is worth £60. All you have to do is answer a simple question on our Competition Page to be in with a chance of winning.
