Did You Win A Tikka?
Did you write July's top product review and what about the 200th submission spot prize?

So did you win the Petzl Tikka for the best product review
submitted to our new consumer review section over July?
Not if your name isn't Joan Collins you didn't. Joan actually
submitted a clutch of informative, useful reviews, but we selected
this
test of the Patagonia Zephur jacket as our favourite review of
the month.
Joan wins one of Petzl's innovative LED Tikka headtorches as well
as the enormous cudos of being quite useful. Just goes to show, even
mega-Hollywood film stars can find the time to contribute between
mountaineering trips.
We also had a mystery prize for the 200th review submitted to the
system regardless of the merit or otherwise of the review, and the
winner was Graham Belsten for his review of, er, an MSR fuel bottle.
'Holds fuel, doesn't leak' was his succinct take on the bottle. And
for his pains, Graham wins a selection of Wayfayer's camping meal
including a couple of the sought after chocolate puds with chocolate
sauce.
If Joan and Graham would like to drop me an e-mail with a postal
address, we'll get the prizes sent out to you.
Meanwhile, there's another Tikka up for grabs for August's best
product review and a spot prize for the 400th review, so if you
haven't checked
the system out, get over and have a look. The more people
contribute, the more useful it gets.
