Did You Win The Brasher Trekking Poles?
Just where was that photo taken?

Did you win the Brasher
Hillmaster Classic, cork-handled trekking poles worth
£46?
Well, actually it was a bit of a tricky one and nobody quite
managed to pinpoint the exact location of the Brasher Team photo
below. It was actually taken on Lord's Seat (552 metres) overlooking
Bassenthwaite Lake. GR: 205 266.
Yeah, obvious now isn't it (er, no). Anyway, we had some great
answers, some sensible, some, well, not quite so sensible ranging
from Holland, Helvellyn, Catbells, a photo booth - must have been a
big one - to South Georgia.
But the man indisputably in need of a pair of trekking poles for
balance, cos he's clearly off his rocker, is one Stuart Bridewell,
who reckoned: 'I think the picture has been taken in my Nan's lounge.
Of course she has taken the three flying ducks off of the mural just
to confuse me.'
The poles are on their way Stuart, in the mean time, we suggest
you give your Nan a hand putting those ducks back up.

And no, this is not the Khumbu
ice fall, slush or no slush...
