Having read the finalist, there are some odd choices. They are (IMO):

Best Retail Company - Ellis Brigham. Has the panel ever visited one of their branches? Over-priced compared to others and no BMC discount.

Brand website of the year - Mountain Equipment. As much as I love the kit, the website is pants. Very basic and rarely updated. Still lists reviews of old models long since unavailable and nothing on the new tents. Come on guys!!!
