Lower-cut, lightweight walking boot from Salomon assessed.

Suede and fabric uppers, a Gore-Tex liner and toothy Contragrip sole unit for the Comet 3D GTX.

Latest OutdoorsMagic review is Salomon's Comet 3D GTX lightweight walking boot - at first sight it's very similar to quite a few other Salomon models, but it's cut slightly lower than, say, the Quest, making it a little easier on the ankles.

Other than that, it's normal Salomon service with a nice blend of comfort, support and lightness. Think it might be the boot for you? Read our full review.
