Quo Mapping
from Mapyx now offers complete
coverage of both Northern
Ireland and the Republic from the respective Ordnance
Survey organisations, with map tiles downloadable from their web site.
Quo is the first digital mapping company to offer maps of the UK and
Republic of Ireland in one product thanks to agreements with both
Ordnance Survey Northern Ireland and Ordnance Survey Ireland - mapping
extract above.
Quo mapping software itself is free to download, while the mapping can
be purchased and downloaded direct from the Mapyx web site and used to
plan, store and display digital routes as well as downloading them to
GPS units for on the hill navigatioin.
