A quick bit of sneaky news - The North Face is going to be opening its first European concept store in Covent Garden later this month.

The new shop is being run in conjunction with Ellis Brigham and will be at 30-32 Southampton Street and it all sounds very zen: 'where the calm and serenity of the East meets the high-tech, high spec of the West' it says here.

And we thought it was just a shop selling The North Face's range of outdoor clothing and equipment - silly us. Should be open from Friday 23 May, but we're off to the official opening jamboree the day before so more details then.

For more information on the full TNF range, see their web site.
