If you're after a budget tent with a difference, then check out
Vango's summer camouflage range with options of blue or pink
camo graphics as well as classic, hide-in-a-hedge, green
versions.
The range starts with the £12 Vango Beach Shelter in
blue or pink camo. Then there's the Alpha Adventure tent from
Vango, again in pink or blue in £35 two-person or £45
three-person versions. It's a simple dome design and includes a
fire-retardant flysheet inner tent, mesh and bathtub inner
groundsheet as well as colour coded poles, flysheet vents, zip entry,
and a handled carry bag.
Vango says the tents are aimed at entry level campers and festival
goers, but we can think of quite a few kids who'd love the
distinctive looks. And if you want to match your sleeping bag,
Lichfield's Trail Midi offers more camo print as does the budget
£15 Wilderness Midi.
