Macpac has been cunningly updating its tents for this year, so
they're now slightly lighter and better pitching without compromising
the brand's legendary reputation for kiwi-bred, bombproof
reliability.
And the good news - cue fanfare - is that we have not one, but two
great Macpac tents to give away. One Minaret and one Microlight
depending on whether you're a hardcore mountain man or woman, or a
dedicated lightweight camping fiend.

The latest Macpac Minaret is the third version of the
legendary twin pole tunnel tent. It's a deserved classic and the OM
tent of choice with tough construction, rapid all in one pitching,
the best groundsheet fabric we've ever used and enough room for two
tired mountaineers to have a good rest.
If you're a lightweight sort of person, the Macpac Microlight
might be more up your street. Its single pole construction and
sub two-kilo weight plus enough room for two if you're good friends,
plus classic Macpac toughness makes it a good choice for breezing
across the hills in a lightweight stylee.
