Kendal Festival Is Go!
This weekend's Kendal Mountain Festival is unaffected by the weather say the organisers this morning.

The Kendal Mountain
Festival is unaffected by the flooding in the Lake
District and the organisers tell us that everything is going ahead as
planned and there should be no problems reaching Kendal.
And that's it really, enjoy. The worst of the flooding is in the
northern Lakes and it's getting a lot of coverage, undestandably, but
shouldn't impact on the festival.
