Llanberis Mountain Film Festival This Weekend
A last minute reminder that the Llanberis Mountain Film Festival is on this weekend in, erm, Llanberis. Well worth the trip, particularly with cracking winter conditions forecast in North Wales :-)

A very
quick last minute reminder that this weekend - 3-5 March - is the 3rd
annual Llanberis Mountain Film Festival incorporating the Best of
Kendal.
The little Welsh mountain town at the foot of Snowdon is literally
taken over for the weekend with the chance to see films from around
Wales and the rest of the world. It also includes a selection of the
best films from Kendal and this year hosts the first LLAMFF
international film competition.
Last time we went it was a lovely, warm, friendly celebration of
mountain culture and, if you're at a loose end and want to combine
some film-watching with winter mountaineering, we thoroughly
recommend it.
You can also catch The Beacon climbing competition and Neil
Gresham's climbing master classes, though with conditions 'in' at the
moment, we reckon most climbers will be on the the ice.
You can purchase tickets at the festival, for full details,
programme etc see: www.llamff.co.uk
