BTW, Rohan don't put a time limit on their guarantee and their ethical policy extends to factories and, now, suppliers to the factories. As above, this is in no way a dig at Haglofs, just that several companies are leading the way in ethical standards/production.
Right, the scanner I'm using is part of an Epson printer.
It has 4 modes, full auto, home, office and professional.
In professional mode there is the option to toggle between "Document type" either reflective of film. I'm trying to get it onto the film setting but I can't highlight the film option to select it, it won't light up. I can't, as yet, find another setting to change that would bring the film setting into play.
I guess that the professional mode may be for higher spec printer/scanners but epson load the same software for all and just disable features for the cheaper models? I shopuld also try reading the manual.
