+1 for daily disposables, no solutions, you know they are sterile until you take them out of the packet.
If you do loose one it doesn't matter as you would have thrown it away in a couple of hours anyway. For some reason since I stopped using very expensive reusable lenses, which I used to loose regularly I haven't lost 1 disposable!
Remember to take wipes so your hands are spotlessly clean before you put your grubby finger in your eye!
Try using weekly disposables when you are away, so you don't have to chage them at all! It does mean you have to be organised enough to have some around, which is why I don't do this very often!
I have an number of pairs of vivos, including the Ra which I wear for work. I am yet to wear out a pair yet. I had a bit of a disappointing moment when the top of my evos came away from the sole, but to be fair on them I think it had more to do with coming off a skateboard at high speed!
I use vivo neo trails for both running and backpacking. I size up and wear knee length seal skins in the winter, which is great as I can go up to my knees and still have dry feet!
As above, you will need to get used to using a shoe with no heel and no cushioning, but once you do you may get hooked. I find normail shoes really uncomfortable now. Occasionally I use inov 8 f lite 195, but they feel a bit squidgy!
I'll have those off you, please email me james at berwick.eclipse.co.uk with how you would like payment. I can use paypal or to escape paypal fees, I could do a bank transfer.
