Keith sent me a order form a few months ago, but as Spiritburner states, he seems unwilling to make certain items, such as the pile / pertex jacket I wanted.  The Field Jacket as far as I remember.

Anyway, Cheers Mole, bookmarked for future reference.

My partner went for a Sprayway jacket, made from performance shell, whilst I went for a Berghaus Mount Asgard, made from Proshell, when we decided to update our rather old hardshells last year.  Whilst I've been extremely disappointed with the performance of my jacket, she has been very happy.  Mainly as a result of her staying dry.

As noted above, the Sprayway jacket is heavy, but well made, unlike the lightweight shite I bought.

Bag arrived today, as described, so well pleased!

Cheers Dave.

I've been using a Pro Shell (Berghaus Mount Asgard) smock for most of this year.  Unfortunately, the zips (on mine at least) leak, in wind driven rain, the hood doesn't cinch very well and slackens off in high winds.  In terms of the fabric, I've gotten very damp at rucksack pressure points, which I never did in my previous hard-shell, an early 90's goretex Berghaus jacket.  Of course my Asgard could well be a dud!

It's Paramo for me though at this time of the year.
