4 weeks to go until I start off on my trip to Oz now

I think I have got all I am going to take now, what I dont have will have to be got on the way or go without

Had quite a bit of flak from some because I am using a trek company, it just seemed the best way of travelling and getting through these countries, okay I know some have gone it alone, good luck to them

Probably be the last time I post here until I get back, October some time

That is where  this 'frictioning' comes in, it hurts like hell when being done, but it increases the blood flow to the injured area, the stretching after helps pull the tendon while under tension

(so my PT told me)

My Physio has told me 3 times a day, if possible (sems to be working as well,) and carry on with stretching

I get the wife to do it in the evening, for about 15 minutes each ankle, then stretching for 5 minutes, each ankle

Havent used the ultra sound on it again, though

I had the calfs done today, that was a whole new lot of pain, but they didnt seem as tight as before

Went out for a bit of exercise, no weight, just a walk, felt good, little tight, but stretches and ice packs worked wonders

I have bought a down sleeping bag from China and it was on Ebay (I have bought several items from China, they arrive pretty well fast enough, if there are any delays they let me know, I have had worse sellers in the UK, who take longer to send stuff

In fact some stuff has arrived from China before stuff from Scotland

The sleeping bag was very good, seemed to be double stitched, and it was sort of cross stitched to stop the down bunching up, the zip could be accessed both inside and out, it came with a 'stuff sack' which wasnt in the ad

I have bought several pairs of cargo trousers and shorts from a seller, after the first lot got held up by Customs, they sent out a replacement, they arrived in 10 days, the feel of them and the quality was really good (a lot better than some of these I can buy over here, certainly better than NEXT or Timberlands or the crappy things from Matalan)

I am happy with some of the stuff I have bought from China, the ipod earphones you have to watch out for, they can be snides and sound terrible

I would recommend the down sleeping bag and cargo trousers/shorts, though

Anyone want a link ?
