BTW, Chino did fine in a tent, even though there were 3 of us in a 2 man tent! Not sure how Bella will find it, but hoping to have a bigger tent by the next trip.

Chino and Bella. Both rescue(d) dogs.

Chino is a 10 year old German Shepherd who has been my walking buddy for the last 8 years. However she is now quite arthritic  and i've recently started to limit her to less than 3 miles.

Bella is a 6 year old Collie/ Lab mix. We've had her for 6 months and i have yet to find her distance limit! (Though the 16 miler a couple days ago came close...)

Chino is, and has always been, a bit of a 'princess':

 Bella excels in being 'cute':

Take a look at the 'battery extender' options available. Basically a larger capacity battery with a modified back cover to accomodate the size.

There's an official Samsung one with 2000mah battery, all the way up to a Mugen (trusted brand)3200mah battery.

So he has little castle shaped towers appearing all over his keyboard?

Or does he have Tourettes?

Hi Annie.

Just wanted to update and let you know that we have been lucky enough to find a companion for Chino. Her name is Bella, a 6yo Collie/Lab mix. Needed rehoming as the previous owner was unable to give her the attention and care she deserves, to the point where his family stepped in and removed her.

The PO's family brought her to us (from Worcs) on Saturday as they (understandably) wanted to site visit and meet us. It has been incredible how quickly she has been accepted and accepting of our family. This weekend was 'full on' due to the 60th, so plenty of new people, locations and situations (and dogs). She handled it all with ease.

Obedient, gentle, well trained, and great around other dogs, we have really fallen on our feet with her. Chino's a bit put out having been an only child for 6 years, but i think she likes the company, which was the reason for having another dog.
