Can somebody help me with finding a stockist of this travel shoe. My father bought the nubuck version on-line from gaynors but I can't find a stockist on-line for the leather version (XT).
Back to the rugby, eh! Us welsh don't get a great deal of opportunity to 'laud it up' but I will show considerable restraint.
One swallow does not make a summer, therefore the true test of this team is to repeat the feat next year (back to back grand slam) and focus on the world cup playing the attractive, entertaining, attacking rugby, in a true welsh-way.
Winnning the 2007 world cup in this manner will eclispse England's acheivement by far, based on their attritional, sledge hammer approach which, only just, served them well in 2003.
Bill Hicks smoked (big part of his act) and subsequently died of lung cancer, I believe. If I'm wrong, I'm sure somebody will correct me.
I think he is held in such high-esteem because of the fact that he is dead and we are left with positive memories of a comic genius at the peak of his powers.
It's not like he's been around for too long and his material has suffered consequently.
I just think it was a shame that his place could have been taken up by somebody with an unflinching desire to climb Everest but in the real world would never normally have the opportunity!
The 'challenge' concept of the show, IMHO, is the concept of pushing your limits to the very maximum. I really do not think this guy did that based on the varied and wide-ranging excuses he made to 'save face'.
Whilst I have no experience of high altitiude climbing, not getting to the North Col appeared to be a major letdown for all concerned.
To the point where the guy in the tent, face alone said it all! I'd love to know what he said off camera because in front of it he had his PC head-on!
