My overnighters are 20ltrs... maybe I miss out on the X-box and flat screen telly

Mind you, after selling a few sacks last year, I'm now down to 8 sacks

Yeah but considering you appear to be a beetle, 20ltrs is huge!

In my experience British cracks aren't as wide as North American cracks, so maybe there's not much market.

Can you really have zip fastening waist coats? Gilet just maybe but I suppose that might confuse the Americans.

Some hunting waistcoats have zips and are known as waistcoats. But then that brings to mind gamekeepers, so best to avoid 'waistcoat'.

There's body warmer as well.

I've only used a cheapo Peter Storm vest (I think I'll settle for vest, cause it sounds cool like a bulletproof vest as long as you don't think of Rab C Nesbitt in his vest) for walking in and that worked well in warmer weather because you've got your arms and pitts to keep you cool. They can be an advantage if you need lots of pockets but don't need a full on jacket (photography for example and of course fishing).
