From a couple months back, NO080947 is fairly flat and slow but it's wide and there aren't any decent stepping stones, I got wet feet. I didn't have the same problem earlier on in the summer, pretty dry.
I don't recall much about NO092952 beyond thinking that it didn't look easily crossable, and this was early summer. I used the ford at ~NO111959.
I've had a Race Pro 12 since last summer, used a few times a week for hillwalking and when out on the bike, not showing any signs of wear. Don't run with it often but it carries well and doesn't bounce about. Typical of inov8 stuff, very nicely designed and good features.
Briefly fondled a Race Elite 20 in a shop yesterday and it looked decent.
What an unnecessarily tactless defense, to not even apologise. You're probably right, he must have convinced himself of his innocence, because that's a truly terrible thing to have on your conscience.
