Ankle much better; now, thanks to a discarded pop rivet I have to replace 2 front tyres on my car....miss out on Braithwaite, and then go and do a survey at Heysham [no doubt in the pissing rain] on Sunday as the wife needs her car on Friday and Saturday.....

For some perverse reason I am now glad my sister-in-law didnt bother to renew my sub this Christmas as I was able to take advantage of the free HiTec boots offer for a 3 year sub for £85 at the Outdoors show yesterday,
A saving of £30 and a pair of eVent lined lightweight summer boots rated by Chris Townsend?
Bargain.
