Would have gone to this, but I'm on a coaching course on the Friday and Saturday.
Maybe if Irish based peeps would be interested in doing another weekend soon, we can arrange something then as well? Just a thought.
Can I just point out that this is not about stability - I have those primus leg things for my current stove.
I want a stove to be able to cook proper food, i.e: to be able to simmer stuff and get a decent meal inside me. I'm fecking sick of noodles and soup mixed in with Smash!!!
Thanks for the responses so far, guys - some interesting points made.
Mike Fae Dundee - Yeah, I do want a remote canister stove - don't want any of the stuff that Toblerone mentions lol!
Keep your thoughts coming, guys.
Need a stove for proper cooking, fed up of eating noodles and crap out of a freezer bag. Simply, is the Windpro the way to go? Can't be arsed with the whole petrol side of things so stove has to be a gas yoke.
