It wouldn't be right for me to say who the purchaser is.
It would, howver, be fair to say that the new owner is a well know advocate of the Kaitum design and is now in a position to engage in scientific A/B testing of both red and green tents.
I know what you mean about the glow! I have enjoyed a red Akto in the past and enjoyed the glow as well as the novelty factor Vs all the other green ones.
It was after reading your Kaitum 3 review that I ditched the Nallo 2 GT and got the Kaitum 2, so really you should do the decent thing and buy the tent as it's fault I bought it in the first place.
The Kaitum is a revelation after using tents like Quasars and Trangos. Loads more space, better porches, greater ventilation, much faster to pitch and less than 2/3rds of the weight. The Kaitum also has lots more room than the Nallo range, particularly headroom. It's a lighteight Keron really. It reminds me of the Mountain Equipment Snowline I had in the early 90's. This was also a three pole tunnel although it pitched inner first and was asymetric. Lovely once it was up but a pig to pitch in a hurry.
I know there will be some who regard it as heresy to to have a red Hilleberg but the green surely makes sense unless your primary use if above the snow line. Dartmoor is many things but it is rarely above the snow line.
