I am disappointed with the GPS fix time too, only used the unit a couple of times due to poor health, but I wander around aimlessly waiting for a fix at first.
The support side of things seems very poor too, surely they should have a forum, updates to firmware etc It is a new product and surely any glitches (like the slow lock on) need fixing.
Some very nice photographs on there.
A few suggestions/comments:-
The font doesn't look very clear/crisp, maybe try Arial or something more modern.
The suggestion about borders for the photographs from Richard would make them stand out more.
The banner on the homepage would benefit from a better font.
Not sure if it is only my browser but I seem to have to click all links twice to get them to work.
Maybe a little more thought with the layouts of the photographs so that the ones of the same size are next to each other to make the pages look more symmetrical ?
The email for info part of the page could be a link so that if you click it opens outlook automatically inserting the address.
How about adding photographs of yourselves on the about us page, I always feel like it is a more personal touch if you can see the people you are ordering from.
Just a few comments, all a matter of opinion, the main thing the photographs are great and I wish you every success in your new venture.
