Steve-D Being lost means not knowing where you are. If you have never been in that situation,and had to navigate yourself out of a white out or across the hills and bogs on a wild night and got through safely you,ve missed one of the pleasures of hillwalking.Cheers.

motionx perhaps? Some people I know that use an iphone as their GPS use that one. I use a Garmin or very rarely my blackberry so I am not too versed on the iphone side.
