I used to have a TN ultra quasar and it really was superb in strong winds, didn't change shape at all, plenty of head room and 2 entrances, but... pack size was pretty big (for carrying up a mountain) and it was quite heavy at just over 3kg. It's also a pitch inner first which was fine most of the time, but not in heavy rain.

I now use a Hilleberg Nallo 2 or a Golite SL3, none of which are as stable as the Quasar in high winds but capable of handling most forms of British weather.

Pretty much depends wether you're prepared to carry a heavier lump for the extra strength
