Dr Johnny Wobble 'ere has iffy balance. My walking-stick has an 'ashtray' handle shaped to fit the palm; but despite my wearing a padded glove it's damaged a tendon.

Anyone out there use a staff, stick or pole of some sort that's a bit more Fairy Liquid: 'kinder on the hands'?
