Well they are 'easy' compared to other pursuits, just look at the fitness guide when you get the literature through. 'A reasonable standard of fitness.........................'. Compare this to a full-on exped booked through Jagged globe to, say, Mera Peak graded at 2a and it IS easy. After all, they are only 'treks'. No, they are not a walk in the park but at the same time be sure that you are not thinking you are conquering a new route on an 8,000!

That's right Alex.
Basically mine was through Wizzkids. They only get about £1500 from the £3k you raise. The rest goes to sherpas, and other costs.

We're pretty near to Dudley, based in Coseley, not far from Sedgley. NOt going on the event though, but I did register for the Everest trek in 2003. Not able to go on it now though. Maybe get on one for 2004.
