If you're into adventure racing and haven't discovered the
sleepmonsters.com web site, there's only one thing to say - get your
butt over their now.
Since On The Hill magazine shut up shop a few months ago, there's
been a bit of an adventure racing vacuum on the newsagents shelves,
but it's one that veteran AR journo Rob Howard is rapidly filling
online with his blinking, orange web site.
Not only can you read reports and news from the major events, but
get stuck in to the forum, read about individuals and pick up regular
training tips. The latest innovation is a profiles section where site
members can put up their own descriptions and photographs - there are
over 100 on the site now including OM regulars Chris McSweeney,
former OTH editor Steve Duffy.
Anyway, don't take out word for it, go check out the site.
