climbers that's packed with climbing- and trekking-specific training
information and suggestions including specific training programmes,
for, say, conditioning for the alpine climbing season.
There's also more general information including a look at a small
number of specific mountains including Denali and Kilimnajaro, plus
if you're feeling particularly motivated and are flush, you can shell
out around $45 per month for a personalised web training
programme.
