Brasher - New Site, Free Routes

Gear news in association with
eVent Fabrics

The guys over at Brasher have been hard at work redesigning their web site, it's been in the oven for a while, but now it's ready with a nice crispy crust...

So what's new? Well, Brasher modestly say that the new site 'sets a benchmark in design and content.' So you get the obvious stuff like information on the entire range of Brasher products including boots, shoes, sandals, poles and socks, plus a handy dealer locator.

The nice thing about the stockist search engine is that, for once, you can actually specify a product, so hopefully you'll avoid the frustration of finding that the shop you've found simply doesn't stock the Brasher Soooper Doooper Men's Extreme Canoodling Sandal.

As well as the online product information, you can also download the '04 catalogue in PDF form and browse at leisure, which is a thoughtful touch.

"My Brasher'

Brasher is particularly proud of its extras. There's a news and reviews section for example, but the jewel in the crown of the new site is an area called 'My Brasher'. Join up and you'll get advance news of new products and developments and you can customise your 'My Brasher' homepage with selected products and news.

You also get access to a free 'Walk of the Month' developed in association with Trail magazine. This month's is 'Derry Cairngorm and Beinn Mheadhoin' in the 'Gorms and includes a free downloadable map and detailed description.

What else can we say? Check out the Brasher web site for yourself.
