Gear Lifts Lid On Mountain Hardwear Pack Range

Gear news in association with
eVent Fabrics

Our question and answer man Richard Gear is back from the wilderness and answering your kit questions again.

Normally he stops at the 'what trekking pole?' level of things, but today he lifts the lid on Mountain Hardwear's new range of packs, due out in the UK in February 2006. They sound bonkers with no conventional harness, instead they rely on a 'chest yoke' and a high tech, adjustable external frame system that according to our man Gear is 'very complicated...'

You can check out Richard's top secret pack revelations as well as delving through his archived previous answers or asking a question of your own here.
