Alpkit's Christmas Competition 2007

If you can tear yourself away from the OUTDOORSmagic Advent Calendar competition for a moment, you might want to trundle over to the Alpkit web site where you could win one of the astoundingly good new Satmap Active 10 GPS units in their own Alpkit Christmas Quiz.

After previous years offerings - remember the terrible whistling and hunting for the wretched Filo Kid? - this year's competition has a navigational slant with a map-based daily puzzle starting today....

No Sharing!

At the end of the quiz, the person who's got the most daily questions correct will be the winner. If you're thinking of pooling knowledge, it's not such a good idea as there are 100 points up for grabs every day, with the points to be divided equally among the winners.

So... if ten people get the answer correct, they'll each receive ten points, if 100 people get it right it's only one point each. Cunning huh? So not much point in using multiple e-mail addresses or sharing answers on the OM forum....

Anyway, enough blather, get your navigational thinking caps on and head over to www.alpkit.com/santas-secret-spots for the first question. Good luck...
