The Friday Matinee

If it's Friday it surely must be time for the Friday Matinee and this week, with the bank holiday looming, we thought we'd go chilled and bank holidayish while the clock winds down to the weekend.

First off, and dedicated to those of you trapped in the city over the weekend, here's some Parkour with a difference, the participants are women for a change... Nicely filmed too.

Next, in a desperate search for relevance and inspiration, we did a search for Bank Holiday and found this eastern European bouldering in County Clare....Also quite mellow, but more rural :-)

Too hardcore for you? Aha, what you need is Gemma The Dog's Big Day out with the eponymous canine ascending the mighty peak of Mynnd Mawr. We're liking the dog.
