Top British climber Leo Houlding's been out in Yosemite doing some
very respectably hard climbing, including the first ascent of the
West Face of the Leaning Tower.
The Tower, dubbed the 'steepest face in North America' by Royal
Robins, a man who knows a steep face when he sees one, is around 1000
feet high and difficult. Leo's first hand account of the climb is now
up on the Berghaus site. Click
here to take a look.
Oh, while you're at it, take a look at the latest Berghaus
caption competition featuring a man who looks suspiciously like
Alan Hinkes holding what looks suspiciously like a plastic parrot.
Surely not... Cue millions of 'this parrot is deceased' entries.
