More lovely outdoors images from the OM Gallery with the Lakes starring this month...

Easter's kind of intervened, but it's time for another round-up from
the OUTDOORSmagic
Gallery with the usual mix of beautiful
landscapes, massive mountains and digital inspiration with the first
glimmerings of spring
Don't forget, all OM members, have three free megabytes of gallery
space to share their pics with the world, so if you've got some lovely
shots burning a hole in your hard disc, then get on over and
upload them today :-) For now though, here are some of our favourite
images from March-April 2009.
Cairngorm Confection
Some nice Easter Cairngorm shots from Dave Taylor with the last of the
winter's snow still hanging on. This is the Lairig Ghru from Cairntoul.

Lakes By Langers
Less snow in the Lake District, but some gorgeous colours
in the latest additions to the Langers in the Lakes album, by, erm,
Langers. Well worth a browse if you're feeling Lakestalgic. Is that a
word?
And Off To North Wales...
... with Muttley and the Snowdonia album, another collection of rather
nice images.

Snowdonia - Muttley
Back To Bassenthwaite
More Lakes, this time from Jamie, nice album. This is Bassenthwaite
Lake. We like the cloud shadows on the hillsides opposite. Nice.
And yet more Lakes...
This is from the 'Crowd-free Lake District - Easter
Backpacking, April 09' album - deep breath - by Matt C, though
strangely it looks remarkably like Mars. Or so we're told by people
who've been there. Check out the full album for a couple of mad
sunsets...
A Thing For Ridges...
We reckon Clive Griffiths rather likes ridges. His small
mountains album has three shots and guess what, all ridges and rather
lovely ones at that. This is the legendary Crib Goch on Snowdon with a
dusting of the white stuff for added drama.

And Again...
The Windy boys have been to North Wales, and on Crib Goch
too, but here's one of the Cannon on the North Ridge of Tryfan complete
with bold OMer...
Lochaber...
John Cameron's Lochaber
album is one of our favourites and he's updated it again with more
rather nice images from his favourite hills.
Easedale Round
John Henderson's Easedale Round album i actually quite
lovely, check out the cloud and sky colours and that awesome boggy
ground... And yes, Easedale is in the Lakes. Just to the north of
Grasmere if you couldn't quite place it.
And One More Lakes Shot...
We rather like this view of Great End by Gary R from his Esk Pike
album, kind of big and impressive...
Great End - Gary R
Plenty more where
those came from, have a look at Phil Dixon's Sunburst over Derwentwater
for example...
For the latest images, just check out the OUTDOORSmagic
Gallery, take a look at other OMer's
contributions and share your own pics.
